What to expect
Building your facilitative confidence by strategically preparing workshops
During our live sessions, you will be able to prepare for your upcoming facilitation opportunity.
The model provides you with a framework for taking control over the session, for becoming the architect.
By processing learnings together, you get a multi-perspective understanding of strategic preparation.
As a perfect addition to the Facilitative Leadership training, you will be able to see how specific preparations can increase the impact of your facilitation and avoid predicaments during cocreation.
Practicalities
Only 6 captains, a small group to ensure the perfect safe space for experimentation.
A month after the training we will reconvene to share how everyone has put their learnings into practice.
You will meet and learn from a group of peers, of like-minded explorers.
Every participant receives the book ‘Captains of Leadership’, explaining in detail all the aspects you learned about in this course.
