Captains of Leadership | Course 2
Prepare for Success
After completing this course, you will be able to immediately apply a strategic preparation model to guide your preparation of meetings and workshops.
People don’t like a schedule full of meetings: at the end of the day it feels like they didn’t get anything done, despite all the hours they put into it. You can only expect full participation, engagement and commitment in a moment of co- creation when your participants appreciate and understand the added value.
This training teaches you how to shape the added value of a moment of co-creation with your stakeholders in mind.
What to expect
Building your facilitative confidence by strategically preparing workshops
During our live sessions, you will be able to prepare for your upcoming facilitation opportunity.
The model provides you with a framework for taking control over the session, for becoming the architect.
By processing learnings together, you get a multi-perspective understanding of strategic preparation.
As a perfect addition to the Facilitative Leadership training you will be able to see how specific
preparations can increase the impact of your facilitation and avoid predicaments during cocreation.

Facilitation is the purest form of leadership, A facilitator is ‘giving’ by holding space for others to become a coherent group of people. It is a brave thing to try and be a selfless leader who just wants to help people to get the best out of a shared moment. Just for trying, you deserve that respectful title of captain.
I can’t wait to meet you in this training and learn about your journey as a Captain. I truly hope that this training will help you to build your facilitative confidence.
